By accessing and using the ValSpike platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
2 Legal Relationship & Riot Games Disclaimer
ValSpike isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
3 User Conduct in Community
Users are prohibited from uploading content containing hate speech, harassment, fraud, spam, or copyright-infringing materials. The administration team reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating community rules.
4 Third-Party Integrations
Our services integrate with the Official Riot Games API and Google OAuth. Use of these integration features is subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of Riot Games and Google.
5 Riot Games API Data Terms
Data obtained through the Riot Games API (including statistics, match history, and profile details) is used solely to display information to the respective account owner and consented community features. ValSpike does not provide features designed to offer an unfair competitive in-game advantage, including but not limited to real-time opponent scouting tools, in-game overlays, or any alterations to the game integrity of VALORANT.
6 User Responsibility
Users are entirely responsible for the security of their own Riot Games credentials. ValSpike never requests your Riot Games password and is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence in maintaining account security.
7 Limitation of Liability
ValSpike is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of this platform, including disruptions caused by third-party services such as the Riot Games API or Google OAuth.
